Creative, professional, and structured environment Job Objective Support the creative team in developing digital and printed graphic assets, ensuring visual consistency, proper file organization, and correct execution of brand guidelines, under the supervision of the Creative Director. Main Responsibilities * Assist in designing graphic materials for: * Corporate presentations * Websites (visual design only, not programming) * Printed materials (flyers, brochures, posters, signage) * Adapt artwork to different formats and sizes. * Organize and prepare final files for printing or digital publication. * Assist with requested adjustments, corrections, and versions from the team. * Maintain proper file organization and naming conventions. * Follow established brand guidelines and visual manuals. * Collaborate with other designers, marketing, and audiovisual production teams. Technical Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (completed or in progress). * Basic–intermediate proficiency in: * Adobe Illustrator * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe InDesign * Basic knowledge of: * Typography * Composition * Color * Branding * Desirable (not mandatory): * Basic understanding of printing processes Soft Skills * Genuine eagerness to learn and grow professionally. * Positive attitude toward feedback. * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to follow instructions and established processes. * Responsibility regarding deadlines. * Clear communication and respect for creative hierarchies.
