Position Summary: We are seeking a Cost and Budget Coordinator to manage and analyze construction budgets, including preparation of work catalogs and tender analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in commercial center, high-rise, and hotel projects. 2. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Neodata Unit Prices, and AutoCAD. 3. We are currently seeking your talent as a **COST AND BUDGET COORDINATOR** **Must reside in ENSENADA OR TIJUANA, B.C. (or surrounding areas)** **What qualifications must you possess?** * Education: Civil Engineering or Architecture degree. * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of: Neodata Unit Prices, Neodata ERP. * Knowledge of: AutoCAD. * Knowledge of: Revit (desirable). * Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction cost and budgeting. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. **Minimum 3 towers of experience in commercial centers, high-rise, and hotel projects** **What responsibilities will you undertake?** * Review of the project’s parametric budget. * Preparation of work catalog. * Familiarity with parametric processes. * Cost per m2 of construction for various building types. * Tender analysis, establishing comparative tables. * Conducting tenders. * Quantification of volumes. * Review, entry, and approval of the budget with the Construction Management and Administration Management departments. * Implement necessary budget adjustments. * Calculation of field indirect costs. * Analysis of office indirect costs. * Submission of budgets that are logical, chronologically organized, clearly describe concepts, and contain consistent and accurate pricing. * Generate unit price cards, input breakdowns, and indirect cost analyses from the budget as deliverables. **Benefits and Perks You Will Receive:** * Statutory benefits. * Uniforms. * Computing equipment.
