Participate in resolving production issues **Date Posted:** 2026\-03\-10**Country:** Mexico**Location:** MX\-BCN\-MEXICALI\-496 \~ Calzada Manuel Gomez Morin \#3200 \~ CALZADA**Position Role Type:** Unspecified**Job Responsibilities:** * Maintain order and cleanliness within the area facilities, supervising and participating in cleaning tasks with staff. * Know and promote company policies and rules, communicating them to staff to ensure compliance. * Maintain respectful and disciplined conduct, adhering to company-established standards. * Assign necessary personnel to manufacturing processes, placing them according to training, ergonomics, required skills per station, and production plans. * Monitor the production plan, assign work during the shift to ensure staff always have tasks and maximize cell efficiency. * Ensure staff perform their operations according to work instructions. * Supervise manufacturing lines, participate in problem resolution, facilitate staff work, escalate issues beyond their scope to the responsible department for prompt resolution, and notify their immediate supervisor. * Ensure staff activities follow established safety rules and immediately address any unsafe condition posing a risk to employee safety. * Follow up on FAI assemblies (if applicable). * Lead shift start-up meetings as well as daily communication with the work team. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed high school or incomplete university degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading production cells; preferably with experience in electronic panel manufacturing. * Personnel management skills. * Prior experience managing and executing production plans. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Basic computer skills. * Availability to change shifts according to area needs. **Please note our location: Manuel Gomez Morin \#3200 Col.
