




Job Summary: Responsible for payroll management, incident validation, institutional procedures, and addressing employee inquiries regarding their payments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage payroll and validate attendance incidents 2. Handle procedures with IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, and SUA 3. Address employee inquiries regarding pay slips and tax withholdings Calculate weekly payroll. Validate absences, tardiness, overtime hours, and vacation days. Process transactions with IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, and SUA. Resolve employee inquiries regarding pay slips, balances, and tax withholdings. Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires. Deliver talks on topics related to payroll feedback. Process extraordinary overtime payments when required. **Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Administration, recent graduate.** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Availability to work overtime when required. Strong numerical ability and attention to detail. Teamwork and effective communication skills. Support activities inherent to the position.
