




Job Summary: Responsible for calculating payroll, validating attendance incidents, managing procedures with government institutions, and resolving employee inquiries—supporting tasks inherent to the position. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll and key administrative procedures. 2. Provides direct employee support regarding payments and tax withholdings. 3. Requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Administration (recent graduate). Calculate weekly payroll. Validate absences, tardiness, overtime hours, and vacation days. Process transactions with IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, and SUA. Resolve employee inquiries regarding pay slips, balances, and withholdings. Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires. Deliver talks on topics related to payroll feedback. Process extraordinary overtime payments when required. **Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Administration (recent graduate).** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Availability to work overtime when required. Strong numerical ability and attention to detail. Teamwork and effective communication skills. Support in activities inherent to the position.
