Description and details of activities Objective: Ensure compliance with APQP deliverables relevant to quality responsibilities in the launch of New Projects. * Ensures implementation of organizational, IATF, AIAG, and customer-specific requirements during the pre-launch phase of the project. * Develops and updates presentations, executive summaries, and KPIs for reviewing departmental quality deliverables during the project phase of new products. * Ensures effective implementation of core tools during the project phase. * Leads cross-functional teams for analysis and resolution of corrective and potential problems. * Maintains up-to-date customer-specific requirements—whether in files or portals—and possesses in-depth knowledge and mastery of AIAG quality manuals / core tools. * Actively participates in customer follow-up meetings and reports progress on these items. * And other related activities. Experience and requirements * Experience implementing projects as a Quality Engineer. * Knowledge and mastery of Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plans, * SPC, MSA, APQP). * Internal Auditor for IATF 16949 (desirable). * Knowledge of IATF 16949. * Knowledge of VDA 6.3 (desirable). * Manufacturing processes (Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 6S, SMED, Kaizen). * SAP and XA knowledge (desirable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Project. * Language: English — 85% spoken and written. * Green Belt or Black Belt (desirable). * Experience in the automotive industry.
