




Job Summary: Coordinate and manage daily activities, customer communication, and cargo tracking to ensure high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personalized customer service and contingency resolution 2. Comprehensive management of quotations and electronic invoicing 3. Detailed cargo tracking and proactive communication with customers 1- Participate in the daily meeting with the Manager to review key points of the day's activities. 2- Answer incoming calls, providing customers with cargo status updates. 3- Provide personalized customer service in case of contingencies. 4- Prepare quotations for new or existing customers. 5- Send electronic invoices to customers. 6- Monitor the waybill accompanying the collected cargo and provide related information to the customer the following day (via electronic means or telephone). Follow up on RPP handling through communication with the customer and the relevant department to ensure timely responses and verify customer satisfaction Salary: $14500 . -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma (General Baccalaureate) 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 40 years old Driver's license: Class A Keywords: care
