Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing professional to position the hotel’s brand, increase occupancy, and propose effective sales strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and execution of digital marketing strategies 2. Brand image management and institutional communication 3. Results analysis and report generation At Hotel Andana, we seek a **Marketing** / Digital Marketing professional who is **creative, strategic, proactive, and organized**, and who contributes to brand positioning, increases hotel occupancy, and develops and proposes sales strategies through effective campaigns and digital communication. **Responsibilities** * Plan and execute marketing strategies * Manage and create content for social media and digital channels * Manage and monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads * Google Analytics, AdWords, and Photoshop * Analyze campaign results and generate reports * Manage brand image and institutional communication * Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and media as required * Prepare performance reports and results analysis * Support administrative activities related to the hotel’s sales strategy and image * Implement strategies to measure guest satisfaction **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum experience (preferably in the hospitality or service sector) * Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, performance metrics, and design tools (Canva, Meta Business, etc.) * Proficiency in data analytics tools beyond Google Analytics, AdWords, and Photoshop * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills * Results-oriented mindset and proactive attitude * Experience with online advertising platforms * Knowledge of SEO, SEM, HTML, and CSS * Experience in content marketing * Knowledge of HTML and CSS * Professional camera and computer * Flexible availability We Offer * Staff transportation * Employee cafeteria * Positive work environment * Indefinite-term employment contract * Statutory benefits Interested candidates should send their CV to phone 6463440093 Email: hotelandanarh@gmail.com Salary: $10,497.00 – $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
