Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in cafeteria or restaurant management, responsible for operations, menus, regulations, and personnel management, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Description and details of responsibilities • Responsible for cafeteria administration and operations, including service areas. • Address all customer requirements and needs promptly and effectively. • Coordinate special services for customer meetings. • Develop menus. • Implement H-certification regulations and NOM-251 for food handling. • Handle customer complaints and suggestions. • Supervise cafeteria sales and service. • Prepare and review purchase lists and authorize procurement. • Administrative management of the unit (costs, revenues, expenses, services, etc.). • Personnel management (schedule administration). • Preferably knowledgeable in food and beverages. • Experience in procurement and supplies. • Inventory management. • Performance-based management aligned with objectives. Experience and Requirements • Professional degree (e.g., Business Administration, Gastronomy, or Tourism), preferred. • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing restaurants, cafeterias, or business units. • Excellent personal presentation. • Outstanding service-oriented attitude. • Flexible availability for work hours. • Proficiency in PC usage. • Experience working under pressure. • Personal vehicle. • Strong verbal communication skills.
