Your responsibilities include: As a home-based Collection Officer, you are responsible for validating the data of customers applying for credit, as well as establishing payment plans for customers in their first weeks of delinquency, thereby building long-term relationships with our customers. · Key Responsibilities - Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and verify the information provided in their applications. - Understand customers' needs to offer them the best solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. - Provide service with respect and kindness to our customers. - Operate motorcycles in compliance with safety regulations, always wearing required and necessary protective gear. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Age: between 23 and 49 years old Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, sub-manager, responsible person, coordinator, collection officer, team leader, collections, payment, collection
