Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician specialized in reverse osmosis to supervise operations, ensure annual compliance, and perform predictive maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Promote continuous improvement and propose damage prevention strategies. **We are a Mexican company dedicated to meeting our customers’ needs through our extensive expertise in water treatment, automation, reverse osmosis, wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), and other related services.** ### **We are looking for: Reverse Osmosis Plant Electromechanical Technician** Work Location: **Cabo San Lucas** **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, etc. * Personnel management experience. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite** (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and mobile applications. * Valid driver’s license for standard automobiles. * Willingness to travel between different cities. * **Reverse osmosis specialist** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and verify operational staff compliance with assigned tasks. * Track maintenance activities via ERP system. * Ensure compliance with the Annual Operational Plan. * Monitor consumable supplies for each assigned client and submit necessary requisitions. * Repair specialized technical failures. * Prepare and submit digital monthly and weekly reports on time, including evidence of customer visits and completed work. * Identify and propose strategies aimed at damage prevention. * Configure variable frequency drives. * Respond to extraordinary or emergency calls requesting technical support for equipment. * Conduct predictive inspections of each statistical parameter to prevent failures or detect relevant anomalies in equipment. **Skills:** * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Problem analysis. * Integrity. * Leadership. * Decision-making. * Honesty. * Data confidentiality. * Responsibility. **Benefits we offer you:** * Biweekly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Major medical expense insurance. * Reimbursement for medical consultations. * University-related benefits. * Utility vehicle assignment. * Gym access. * Savings fund.
