Field Service Technician - IT - External

Job Description and Activity Details **Position Objective:** As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing basic/intermediate software and hardware technical support to end users and operational departments to ensure optimal system functionality for each department’s activities. You will also be responsible for installing applications and operating systems, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on computers, peripherals, and other infrastructure-related IT equipment. Experience and Requirements **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide basic/intermediate technical support to end users and production cells to minimize downtime. * Identify failure trends and patterns, and provide feedback to the development team to promote continuous improvement. * Collaborate with network, cybersecurity, software, operations, and other teams as needed. * Collaborate with your team and end users to clearly communicate issues, troubleshooting efforts, and resolutions as required. * Adhere to company standards and policies regarding IT Infrastructure procedures. * Implement and support corporate or business unit projects. * Provide expertise and knowledge, and deliver technical leadership for systems services as determined.
