Profile: * Male or female, 28 to 45 years old * Completed bachelor's degree * Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles * Valid driver's license Skills: * Knowledge of purchasing and negotiations * Experience in inventory management * Knowledge of FIFO (First In, First Out) methods * Organized * Proactive * Personnel management * Executive guards Responsibilities: * Conducts control of warehouse maximums, minimums, and reorder points. * Responsible for purchasing all missing products.\+ * Negotiates with suppliers on prices, payment terms, and delivery times. * Responsible for supplying requested products to various departments; if shortages exist, must process purchases. * Ensures purchases are made in the exact and necessary quantities required for operations. * Enforces established schedules for product distribution and delivery, both from suppliers and to internal hotel clients. * Ensures that goods arriving at warehouses are in good condition, correct weight, measurements, and requested quantities. * Maintains updated price lists for frequently used and common products. * Attends to suppliers either by phone or in person when they visit the facilities. * Responsible for obtaining quotes from at least three different suppliers for required purchase items. * Ensures hygiene and storage conditions comply with applicable Mexican Official Standards. * Verifies that warehouse withdrawals have the required authorization signatures as per procedures. * Verifies that warehouse entries are properly supported by delivered invoices, matching requested units of measure and fiscal requirements.
