*This vacancy comes from the job board Talenteca.com* ### **Job opening for company RECLUTA ENSE in Esmeralda \- Ensenada, Baja California** **HIRING HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, MANUFACTURING COMPANY, IN THE CITY OF ENSENADA, BAJA CALIFORNIA** We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for maintaining updated employee records, conducting recruitment, selection, hiring and onboarding processes, promoting a healthy work environment, and ensuring that HR procedures function properly. **POSITION PROFILE:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Psychology, graduated ("NOT STUDENTS). * Preferably specialization and/or certification in Human Resources. * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager. * Experience in the manufacturing sector. * Practical experience with Contpaq and/or Tress payroll systems or other payroll software. * In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and payroll processes. * Experience in full-cycle recruitment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities. * Ability to manage teams. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Calculation of payroll for operational and administrative staff. * Anticipate hiring needs and ensure smooth recruitment processes. * Update employee records. * Process employee inquiries and respond promptly. * Maintain confidentiality when handling information. * Experience calculating Fonacot and Infonavit withholdings. * Timely processing of payroll, retroactive payments, and incidents. * Perform calculations for PTU (Profit Sharing) and Christmas bonuses. * Delivery of payroll receipts and archiving. * Calculation of SUA and management of IDSE. * Perform variable calculations, integrated salary calculations, and submit new hires, terminations, and salary changes to IMSS. **SKILLS:** Numerical skills, information analysis, organization, time management, teamwork, leadership, service attitude toward internal and external clients. **WE OFFER:** All statutory benefits, direct contract with the company. Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm.
