We are currently seeking talented individuals with strong performance potential and energy capable of reinforcing and generating the positive work environment we take pride in. **POSITION SUMMARY** An SAP ECP Specialist is responsible for implementing / maintaining the SAP Employee Central Payroll module. This role involves configuring payroll processes, supporting regulatory compliance, and integrating the payroll system with other external systems. The profile works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provides support and troubleshooting. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES** * Lead / assist in the implementation of the SAP Employee Central Payroll module for new legal entities. * Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Employee Central Payroll system for the current legal entities in scope. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. * Configure payroll processes, including pay structures, benefits, deductions, and tax setups. * Customize the system to meet specific business requirements. * CFDI Process and support. **REQUIREMENTS** Degree Requirements: A degree in fields such as Human Resources, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline is required. Required Certifications: **Not required.** **SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is a plus.** Prior Experience: Experience with SAP ECP: * \+2 years of hands\-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). * Knowledge of Mexican payroll is essential. * Knowledge of payroll practices in Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, or any other Latin American country is a plus. * Familiarity with payroll\-related system integrations and data migration.
