




Job Summary: BRP is seeking a Maintenance Trainee to support administrative management of the department and collaborate on planning, tracking, and documentation of activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support administrative management of the Maintenance Department. 2. Create and document LOTO procedures in compliance with STPS/ISO regulations. 3. Update and maintain instruction records in CMMS and Google Drive. BRP is looking for a Maintenance Trainee! Plant 3, First Shift. Active student pursuing a degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, and/or Industrial Maintenance **Profile:** * Basic proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.) * Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills * Basic knowledge of maintenance (preferred) * Basic to intermediate English **Key Responsibilities:** * Support administrative management of the Maintenance Department by collaborating on planning, tracking, and documentation of maintenance activities, as well as internal resource and system control. * Create, modify, and document LOTO procedures for facilities and machinery in accordance with internal requirements and STPS/ISO regulations. * Update and maintain records of created procedures using the Guide TI CMMS system as well as Google Drive. * Comply with quality management system (QMS) guidelines per ISO 9001.
