Job Summary: Maintenance Assistant responsible for preserving and repairing facilities and equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance across various technical areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance in electricity, plumbing, and carpentry 2. Inspection and diagnosis of malfunctions in machinery and systems 3. Inventory management of tools and spare parts The responsibilities of a maintenance assistant include preserving, repairing, and maintaining facilities, equipment, etc., in good condition. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in electricity, plumbing, painting, metalworking, carpentry, air conditioning, and other areas * Inspect, diagnose, and repair malfunctions * Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials * Comply with safety regulations * Conduct regular inspections of machinery and systems to ensure proper operation * Perform minor repairs for irregularities * Assist in the replacement of equipment, components, and systems * Keep the work area clean Skills and knowledge required for a maintenance assistant may include expertise in: Electricity, Air Conditioning, Electrical Control, Masonry, and Painting.
