




Job Summary: Assist in laboratory and workshop activities, following academic policies and programs, and managing supplies and incident reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Active collaboration in laboratory practice management 2. Inventory management and material preparation 3. Support in service control and incident reporting GENERAL FUNCTION: Assist in activities related to laboratory or workshop practices, in accordance with CEUX criteria and policies, as well as those of the institutions regulating such activities, monitoring the proper implementation of each academic practice program and each entity involved in such practices. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: 1. Prepare materials to be used during practices. 2. Maintain a clean workspace. 3. Properly safeguard supplies for each practice. 4. Collaborate in controlling services for collection of biological, infectious, and fumigation-related products, as applicable, in each laboratory or workshop. 5. Calculate materials and reagents used per academic year. 6. Control inventory of equipment and materials for each laboratory or workshop. 7. Report incidents or malfunctions of laboratories and workshops to the Laboratory Head. 8. Participate with the Laboratory and Workshop Head in quotations for materials and equipment. ***Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. ***Experience:*** *Minimum of 6 months in a similar position.* Experience in document filing, writing, personal customer service, and telephone customer service.
