We are seeking a Field Engineer Experience: * 1 year or more. * Remote and on-site support. * Availability to travel occasionally. * No current work or academic commitments. Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Systems Technician, or Computer Science. Specific Knowledge: * Knowledge in creating backups, formatting, and installing software and hardware. * Basic knowledge of structured cabling. * Knowledge of protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections. Responsibilities * Preparation and configuration of new equipment with Windows 10 or higher operating systems. * Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint. * Corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment. * Repair of computers and peripherals. * Configuration of security policies. * Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles. * Installation and configuration of peripheral devices. We Offer: Competitive base salary Work schedule Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:30 Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00 (half day, depending on location)
