Main Responsibilities Handle honestel cases.\* Handle special cases.\* Execute special and targeted audits.\* Compile case files for criminal complaints across all business units.\* Conduct financial analysis of SIE information.\* Interview staff referred through case analysis.\* Train Junior Integral Auditors.\* Develop improvement proposals and closure recommendations. Candidate Profile Knowledge of Accounting or Administration.\* Minimum two years’ experience in Retail, Banking, Microfinance Institutions, and/or Pawnshops.\* Goal- and target-oriented.\* Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
