Position Objective As a home collections officer, you are responsible for validating the data of customers applying for credit, as well as establishing payment plans for customers in their first weeks of delinquency, generating long-term relationships with our customers. Main Functions Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and validate the information provided in their application. * Understand customer needs to provide them with the best solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. * Provide service with respect and kindness to our customers. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear. Candidate Profile Experience in customer service, collections, or sales. * Motorcycle handling skills. * Valid motorcycle driver's license. * Ability to operate mobile devices. * Focused on achieving goals and objectives. * Effective communication and teamwork skills.
