Position Summary: Coordinates, supports, and supervises graduate programs, university extension programs, and language programs, being responsible for prospect recruitment and operational management. Administrative and academic management of courses **GENERAL FUNCTION:** Coordinates, supports, and supervises the programs offered by the Graduate Programs, University Extension, and Language Department; serves as the responsible party for tracking the prospect recruitment process to strengthen institutionally the programs offered by the Graduate Programs, University Extension, and Language Department. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Rigorously supervises the execution of all departmental activities, as well as develops work plans, prepares budgets, and ensures optimal and responsible budget utilization. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** **Participates in the feasibility analysis of graduate programs, university extension programs, and language programs—both newly created programs and existing programs undergoing updating.** **2\. Promotes the development of multidisciplinary, modern, innovative, and globally relevant educational proposals.** **3\. Supervises the planning, development, and evaluation processes of educational proposals to ensure compliance with official standards and internally established policies.** **4\. Collaborates with the Academic Development Planning Directorate in defining policies, general and operational guidelines for graduate resources.** **5\. Develops strategic planning for graduate programs, university extension programs, and language programs.** **6\. Plans, supervises, and evaluates administrative activities carried out by course coordinators for graduate programs, university extension programs, and language programs—including faculty hiring, equipment and furniture procurement requests, class schedule-calendar preparation—as well as academic activities, including logistics for course commencement and implementation.** **7\. Represents the University Studies Center** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Administration, with emphasis on disciplines such as **Business Administration**, **Marketing**, **International Business**, **Economics**, or related fields.
