At **Pan Webers**, we are looking for a professional with strategic vision and proven commercial leadership experience to join us as **Sales Supervisor** in **Ensenada, B.C.** **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Weekly review of sales target achievement and return control for your sales team; ensure 100% sales execution. 2\. Establish a lean operation with the service level required to satisfy customers. Enforce operational procedures and 100% adherence to the company’s established priority order. 3\. CARE AND POSITIONING OF EACH OF OUR BRANDS, ESPECIALLY THE WEBERS BRAND. 4\. Ensure business principles are upheld: Quality, Freshness, Service, Customer Satisfaction. 5\. Conduct monthly evaluations of each direct report and ensure full staff evaluation is completed. 6\. Continuously monitor competitors and propose initiatives to increase sales and maintain commercial leadership. **TECHNICAL SKILLS** a) Operation of heavy-duty vehicles specific to the industry. b) Use of sales devices (handhelds, printers, report generators). c) Public relations. d) Interpersonal skills. e) Proficient computer operation (Advanced). f) Knowledge of current retail market trends (technological and consumer-related). **ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS** a) Organizational ability to restructure routes based on sales performance, geography, etc. b) Interpersonal relationship management skills. c) Process and control log management. **EXPERIENCE** \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of self-service retail environments handling **perishable** products or items with short shelf lives. **PREFERRED** \- Experience with sales devices. \- Management of human capital teams exceeding 30 people. \- Focus on operations and routing for direct delivery. **Educational Background:** BA in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field. ***Technical Knowledge:*** Computer operation proficiency.
