




Position Summary: Coordinates personnel, processes, and resources to ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and health standards, supervising operations and resolving incidents. Comprehensive operations management and problem resolution **GENERAL FUNCTION:** **Ensures proper handling of assigned resources by maintaining strict control over processes and coordinating personnel toward achieving objectives through adherence to quality, hygiene, and health policies, standards, and procedures.** **DAILY ACTIVITIES:** \- Authorizes staff distribution across shifts and branches. \- Authorizes shift roles and rotation schedules. \- Coordinates activities performed by personnel under supervision. \- Coordinates adherence to metrics and standards. \- Supervises beverage and food preparation processes in branches to ensure compliance with quality, health, and hygiene standards. \- Supervises adherence to company values, policies, and standards across all branches. \- Supervises proper equipment operation at each branch and reports issues to Management. \- Receives and routes maintenance reports to the maintenance team. \- Tracks previously submitted reports via the Ticketing platform. \- Trains personnel and supervisors on proper control of supplies and product quality, as well as daily process monitoring. \- Supervises overall branch operations to ensure a positive customer experience through personnel, processes, products, and general appearance. \- Reports any anomalies or incidents to the Operations Manager; jointly makes preventive or corrective decisions. \- Resolves and follows up on various situations involving personnel, equipment, supplies, customers, suppliers, or others accurately and promptly. \- Conducts cash reconciliation reviews. \- Responds to and reports emergencies and anomalies occurring at the branch. \- Covers various positions within each branch during absences. \- Performs operational tasks as needed. \- Provides support to senior management for special requests. \- Assists other departments when required.
