Location: Ensenada, Baja California **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * 2 years of experience in customer service within the education sector, knowledge of academic records management, and assertive communication. * Maintains constant communication and coordination with school directors as well as with departments of Outreach, Promotion, Social Service, Psychopedagogical Services, Scholarship Board, and Administration. * Prepares both internal and external statistical reports. * Supervises the daily submission of enrollment and re-enrollment reports to the Board of Directors. BASIC FUNCTION: Control and supervision of the student enrollment and re-enrollment process, as well as the registration of their academic records, reporting both to various government institutions. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: 1. Supervise the enrollment and re-enrollment processes for students at all three levels (high school, undergraduate, and graduate programs). 2. Supervise the administration of admission exams and report results to school directors. 3. Supervise the receipt of required documentation from new students and verify its authenticity. 4. Responsible for filing complaints if falsified documents are detected. 5. Supervise and review the PWC system or any other system currently in use, aiming to maintain an accurate count of enrolled students.
