In our hotels, these associates may work across multiple departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, laundry) to provide cleaning support—whether preparing clean linens and tableware for guest enjoyment, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools (e.g., dishwashers, sinks, washers, dryers); or transporting linens and tableware throughout the hotel; these associates do whatever it takes to achieve the goal.
