Apply for our opening as: Operations Technology Engineer **OBJECTIVE:** Design, implement, maintain, and optimize Operations Technology (OT) systems supporting critical industrial infrastructure, including industrial networks, SCADA systems, PLCs, DCS, and OT cybersecurity. Responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and security of control and automation systems, aligned with reliability standards, efficiency, and regulatory requirements **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administer and maintain SCADA systems, PLCs, RTUs, DCS, and industrial networks. * Coordinate the integration of new equipment and control systems into existing infrastructure. * Monitor and follow up on OT cybersecurity policies in accordance with standards such as ISA/IEC 62443 and internal procedures. * Diagnose and resolve failures in automation and industrial communication systems. * Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and IT teams to ensure interoperability between OT and IT systems. * Participate in continuous improvement, digitization, and control system modernization projects. * Document configurations, changes, and technical procedures. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CRE, ASEA, NOM) applicable to control systems. * Train technical personnel on the safe and efficient operation of OT systems. * Monitor automation system performance and propose improvements. * Participate in root cause analyses (RCA), risk assessments (HAZOP, LOPA, etc.), and engineering reviews * Manage and monitor process alarms, ensuring their analysis, categorization, and timely response according to established protocols. * Implement solutions in control systems * Manage and oversee technology and control system vendors. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in operation and maintenance of industrial control systems. * Experience with SCADA platforms, PLCs (Siemens, Allen\-Bradley, Schneider, etc.) and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus). * Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity and OT communication protocols. * Coordination with operations, maintenance, and IT departments. * Knowledge of industrial instrumentation, control valves, gas quality sensors. * Ability to interpret process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), Cause and Effect Matrices, Control Loop Diagrams. * Proficiency with PLC and SCADA programming software. * Knowledge of industrial networks, OT firewalls, and network segmentation. * Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and logical thinking. * Teamwork, effective communication, and results-oriented mindset. * Certifications: ISA/IEC 62443, CompTIA Security\+, Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Automation. * Advanced English language proficiency, both written and spoken. **Apply now** and become part of the great **Sempra Infrastructure** team!
