Position Summary: We are seeking a Foreign Trade and Customs professional to handle customs entries, comply with non-tariff regulations, and manage customs procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Handling of Annex 24 and Annex 30 2. Knowledge of Foreign Trade Regulations 3. Management of procedures at SAT and the Ministry of Economy Description and details of responsibilities **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handling of Annex 24 * Preparation of temporary, invoice-based, virtual, regularization, and definitive customs entries * Compliance with restrictions and non-tariff regulations * Database corrections and analysis * Compliance and control of Annex 30 \- SAT * Updates, reporting, and settlements related to Annex 24 * Knowledge of Foreign Trade Regulations, as well as staying up to date * Review of customs entries and commercial invoices * Control, handling, and application for USA and MEX transportation permits * Control of machinery and equipment (serigraphy company plus) * Preparation of foreign trade reports and controls for the accounting department * Management of procedures at SAT and the Ministry of Economy. Experience and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade and Customs or related field. Minimum age 25. Intermediate English proficiency. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Foreign Trade and Customs or related field * Written and spoken English proficiency: 70% * Knowledge of Annex 24 * Knowledge of Annex 30 * Knowledge of VAT Certification * Knowledge of Land Transportation for cross-border transit * Knowledge of customs compliance * Knowledge of the Textile sector (Serigraphy plus) * Knowledge and use of VUCEM.
