We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk/Document Specialist to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to professionally develop in customs operations, documentation, and shipment tracking, with continuous training and mentoring. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Customs and Trade, International Business, or related field (currently enrolled, intern, or recent graduate). 6 months to 1 year of experience in customs brokerage, logistics, transportation, or international trade (professional internships considered). Gender: Unrestricted. Age: 18 to 35 years. Flexible schedule availability. KNOWLEDGE: Basic knowledge of the Customs Law and related regulations. Support in preparing and entering customs declarations (A1, A4, IN, V1, F4, among others). Basic knowledge of maritime and land-based operations. Basic–intermediate proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word). SKILLS: Organization and attention to detail. Strong data entry skills. Responsibility and commitment.
