Héctor Terán Terán Xochimilco, Mexicali. **Position Description** -------------------------- We are seeking a **Control Center Analyst** responsible for monitoring and managing logistics operations in real time, ensuring timely and efficient execution of assigned routes. **Responsibilities** ----------------------- * Monitor and track vehicles in real time. * Supervise route compliance, delivery times, and operational status. * Manage operational documentation: **bills of lading, evidence, logs, and delivery status**. * Track incidents occurring during routes and coordinate resolutions. * Coordinate and monitor **preventive and corrective maintenance** of the fleet. * Maintain constant communication with drivers, traffic coordinators, and internal clients. **Requirements** -------------- * Minimum 1 year of experience in control centers, monitoring, traffic coordination, or similar areas (preferred). * Proficiency in tracking and control platforms (Geotab, GPS, Trackers, etc.). * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Availability to work in an operational environment and under pressure. **We Offer** ------------- * Monthly gross salary of **$17,000**. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Dynamic, results-oriented work environment. **Apply Through This Channel** ----------------------------
