The position is Assistant Manager, and responsibilities include: Leadership: Effective supervision of assigned staff. Operations: Rigorous inventory control and cash register management. Administration: Preparation of operational reports, administrative tasks, and submission of payroll or personnel incident reports. Skills: - Proficiency in and analysis of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), solid experience in cash register management, passion for technology and sales. Attitude: High sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset.
