Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise the production of institutional publications, ensuring quality in design, writing, and distribution of materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Institutional publications coordination 2. Editing and writing of diverse texts 3. Participation in event and campaign organization **GENERAL FUNCTION**: Coordinate activities related to the Institution’s publication production—including the magazine "La huella del Coyote," the scientific outreach magazine "Divulgación Científica," and the digital newsletter "El Coyote news"—while supervising and controlling their design, layout, writing, and distribution to ensure efficient and effective material publication. **JOB DESCRIPTION** 1. Texts for greeting cards produced by design. 2. Corrections to diplomas, posters, banners, brochures, etc. 3. Questions regarding spelling, grammar, writing, and style. 4. Packages magazines. 5. Participates in event organization. 6. Designs and standardizes the unified press release format across the system. 7. Reviews radio and video scripts, as well as social media publications. 8. Edits speeches and drafts official letters. 9. Reviews the University’s advertising campaigns.
