Job Description and Responsibilities **Administrative Directorate** GENERAL FUNCTION: Provides transportation services for students and teaching and/or administrative staff, as well as administrative and academic support, according to the scheduled activities of each school and department. Operates institutional vehicles to transport students and staff from various administrative departments and school directorates, both locally and externally, as required. 2\. Performs minor office supply and miscellaneous procurement tasks. II. Messenger Activities. 3\. Makes bank deposits for the finance department’s cash boxes at the designated bank. 4\. Delivers checks to the bank for certification. 5\. Delivers documentation to vendors and external consultants, as applicable.
