We're in search of talented individuals who can join us as E\-Commerce Customer Support Specialists. **What You'll Do:** * Assist customers via phone, email, and chat independently. * Resolve customer queries and issues in a proactive and friendly manner. * Provide detailed information about our products, orders, and shipping processes. * Guide customers through the purchasing and return processes. * Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction for various apparel brands.
