Finca Selah, a boutique hotel and wedding/event venue in the Valle de Guadalupe, is seeking an **Administrative and Operational Event Assistant**. The selected candidate will work directly with the Wedding Planner, supporting the **administrative** aspects (quotations, customer service, site visits, inventory management) as well as the **operational** side (event setup, logistics, and staff coordination). **Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer messages, calls, and emails. * Prepare and send quotations. * Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events. * Maintain organized inventories and storage areas for event materials. * Coordinate staff and vendors during event setups. * Assist in event production. **Requirements:** * Experience in administration, customer service, or event coordination (desirable). * Good physical condition and willingness to perform operational tasks. * Strong spelling and communication skills. * Basic proficiency in Office, Chatgpt, Social Media, and WhatsApp Business. * Availability to work weekends during events. * Own vehicle. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Training and growth opportunities in the events industry. * Professional and dynamic work environment at a recognized venue in the Valle de Guadalupe.
