Planning and implementation of strategies in collaboration with management Job Opportunity: Regional Manager We are looking for a Regional Manager to join our team in an on-site position. We seek a candidate who demonstrates leadership skills as well as adaptability to change. **Responsibilities**: Collaborate with management on planning and implementing strategies. · Coordinate and supervise daily operations across various cafeterias. · Supervise and maintain inventories. · Conduct quality control. · Train and supervise personnel. · Enhance service quality. · Monitor progress toward weekly, monthly, and annual objectives. · Supervise and motivate personnel. · Conduct periodic audits to ensure proper branch operation. · Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
