OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR **Responsibilities** * Ensure proper operation of assigned services * Supervise staff attendance and performance * Provide direct customer service and measure service quality * Control and proper use of materials and resources * Inventory of machinery and equipment * Compliance with work plan as per contract * Recruitment, hiring, and staff training * Personnel file management * Supervision of staff appearance (uniforms, badges, etc.) * Management of operational resources (personnel, materials, and finances) * Preparation of payroll drafts * Attendance reconciliation * Tracking deliverables to support collections * Submission of invoices for review Requirements * Completed high school diploma or administrative degree * Minimum 2 years’ experience as operations supervisor or coordinator * Preferred experience in cleaning services or similar fields * Valid driver’s license * Proficiency in standard procedures * Flexible schedule availability * Availability for material delivery Competencies * Working under pressure * Customer service orientation * Timely follow-up * Effective communication * Service-oriented attitude * Proactivity * Responsibility and organization We Offer * Salary: $15,000 net * Statutory benefits Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
