Job Summary: Comprehensive supervision of civil construction projects, coordinating personnel and resources while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Construction site supervision and personnel management 2. Preparation of construction schedules and reports 3. Coordination of activities and document control JOB DESCRIPTION AND DETAILED ACTIVITIES: · Supervision of assigned construction work based on the execution project. · Organization and management of assigned construction workers. · Preparation of construction schedules. · Preparation of generators. · Daily attendance list reporting. · Daily activity reporting via the construction WhatsApp group. · Preparation of photographic reports (assign to assistant). · Material requisition. · Tracking material deliveries. · Warehouse control. · Preparation of logbooks and document control. · Coordination of construction activities and personnel management. · Supervision of application of regulations and specifications in construction drawings. · Monitoring adherence to construction program milestones, on time and as scheduled. · Control and organization of material resources and equipment. · Verification of work execution quality. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS: · Education: Civil Engineer or Architect degree. · Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction supervision. · Knowledge of Building Regulations and Laws. · Knowledge of construction processes and materials. · Responsible · Pro\-active · Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with staff. · Standard automobile operation capability · Valid driver’s license · Flexibility regarding working hours and relocation as required by the project.
