**Ensenada International Terminal:** **Hiring Warehouse Management Analyst** **Position Objective:** Ensure warehouse operational efficiency by maintaining the integrated management system, analyzing data, generating key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making, and ensuring supply to the operations department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer and maintain the warehouse's integrated management system. * Generate reports and key performance indicators regarding inventory inflows, outflows, turnover, and inventory levels. * Monitor internal controls, volumetric controls, and ensure compliance. * Collaborate with departments such as procurement, maintenance, and finance to align operational strategies. * Record transactions in the ERP system and perform monthly reconciliations of inflows and outflows. **Profile Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum of 2 years in warehouse roles with a focus on data analysis and system management. **Knowledge:** * ISO 9001:2015 standard and quality management systems. * Warehouse administration and control. * ERP systems or inventory management software. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, formulas). * Data analysis. **Key Competencies:** * Analytical thinking. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. * Effective communication. * Organization and follow-up. * Teamwork.
