




Leading Private Security Company Seeking: Data Analyst / HR Generalist Salary: $3,500 net per week **ENSENADA** Responsibilities * Administer personnel files * Recruitment and talent acquisition processes * Conduct employee onboarding procedures and assist in organizing training and development initiatives * Provide employee support on various HR-related matters such as leave and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise * Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace * Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies * Perform tasks related to performance management * Collect and analyze data using useful HR metrics, such as time-to-hire and employee turnover rates * Organize quarterly and annual employee performance review sessions * Maintain employee records and files in electronic or paper format * Improve job satisfaction by promptly resolving issues, implementing new benefits, and organizing team-building activities * Ensure compliance with labor regulations Requirements * Proven experience as an HR generalist * Knowledge of general HR policies and procedures * Solid understanding of labor and employment legislation * Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) is highly desirable * Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities * Problem-solving aptitude * Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field * Additional HR training will be valued Job type: Full-time Salary: $3,500.00 per week Work Location: On-site
