Key Responsibilities * **Drink Preparation:** Prepare cocktails, shots, and other beverages accurately, quickly, and with high quality, following standard recipes. * **Bilingual Service:** Take orders, explain the beverage menu, and **engage in conversations with English-speaking (C1\)** and Spanish-speaking customers clearly, professionally, and courteously. * **Specialized Knowledge:** Be able to describe the **fundamentals of Mezcal** (origin, types of agave, production process) and offer basic recommendations to customers. * **Bar Management:** Keep the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked. Perform basic inventory checks at the beginning and end of shifts. * **Customer Service:** Ensure all customers have a positive experience, handling cash transactions and resolving minor service issues.
