Manage PPAPs – mandatory Description and details of responsibilities: Ensure process and product quality within the company by applying quality tools, while also ensuring effective operation of the QMS by identifying nonconformities, analyzing them, and providing practical and effective solutions that also help prevent problems. Experience and requirements: * Participate in achieving the goals established in the performance indicators (KPIs) of their area. * Analyze all product quality deviations to implement solutions eliminating root causes. * Participate in tracking nonconformities arising from internal/external audits. * Verify product specifications and standards aligned with supporting agencies such as: CSA, TEi, NSF, IAPMO, ASTM, etc. * **Must possess knowledge to manage PPAPs.\-mandatory.** * Coordinate with the Quality Control department to conduct tests requested by customers for new products and/or existing products. * Conduct product evaluations upon request from other departments. * Review and analyze drawings for possible customer-requested modifications. * Develop and/or update documentation related to the Quality Management System. * Review and approve drawings for new products and for manufacturing injection molds according to customer specifications as required. * Review and coordinate approval of new products and/or modifications to existing products. * Analyze and propose changes through continuous improvement of products and processes. * Analyze and resolve issues affecting the production department during product manufacturing. * Analyze and resolve work-related problems; direct and guide engineering assistants, technicians, and/or interns to solve problems. **Mandatory Requirement: Submit your CV in English; if required for the position, minimum spoken proficiency of 80% conversational level.** Benefits: * Benefits in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) **Number of vacancies:** 1 **Department:** Quality **Employment type:** Permanent **Work modality:** On-site **Shift:** Day shift **Working hours:** Full-time **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Education:** Bachelor’s degree with professional title **English:** Spoken: Intermediate, Written: Intermediate **Willingness to travel:** No
