




Description and details of activities**: \- Recruitment and selection of personnel. \- Development of recruitment strategies. \- Active posting of job openings on employment portals and social networks. \- Conducting telephone, virtual, and/or in-person interviews. \- Research of employment background (legal incidents, work references, among others). \- Monitoring and adherence to established metrics. \- Assistance in employee training. \- Application of procedures within the organization. \- Administration and control of indicators (turnover, absenteeism, work climate). \- Integration and administration of employee files (from hiring to separation from the company). \- Labor relations, conflict prevention, work environment. \- Employee hires and terminations under their responsibility. \- Support in requesting, directing, and following up on settlements, vacations, permits, and employee disabilities. \- Review of entry and exit schedules. \- Responsible for updating, implementing, and executing the work instructions. \- Preparation of reports. *Experience and requirements**: Minimum 2 years in the area \- Education: Completed degree in Business Administration or related field. \- Experience using job portals, social media, etc. \- Proficiency with Office software suite. \- Detail-oriented follow-up and attention. \- Customer service and interpersonal skills. \- Strong sense of urgency and results-driven.
