**Schedule:**
Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
**Location:** Av. Reforma Sur, Maneadero
**Job Objective**
Manage operational staff to ensure correct daily operations, labor order, availability of tools and workwear, and timely resolution of incidents to maintain a functional and productive work environment.
**Functions and Responsibilities**
**Human Resources**
* Process payroll and handle employee registrations and terminations with IMSS and Infonavit
* Recruit, hire, and manage operational staff
* Receive and review employee documentation
* Compile and manage personnel files
* Register and terminate employees
* Track attendance, absences, tardiness, and leave requests
* Record and report payroll-related incidents
* Orient new hires (rules, schedules, safety)
* Directly address staff questions and needs
* Enforce internal regulations
* Report and follow up on labor conflicts (fights, arguments, disrespectful behavior)
**Operations and Field**
* Supervise daily operations to ensure they function properly
* Verify staff have necessary tools (scissors, thread, tables, etc.)
* Identify missing or damaged tools and report them
* Monitor condition of workwear (aprons, gloves, work equipment)
* Arrange replacement of broken or worn-out equipment
* Identify operational risks or unsafe practices
* Support supervision in covering staff shortages
* Maintain direct communication with area leaders or production supervisors
**Control and Reporting**
* Prepare daily or weekly personnel reports
* Report operational and labor-related incidents
* Follow up on recurring personnel issues
* Provide general administrative support to the HR department
**Requirements**
* Education: Completed high school or technical degree (Bachelor’s in Administration, HR, or related field preferred)
* Minimum 1 year of experience in operational HR or staff supervision
* Experience in field, workshop, or operational environments (preferred)
* Basic Excel and control form handling skills
