**BRANCH MANAGER** We are a proudly Mexican company dedicated to the sale and distribution of all types of hardware for aluminum, glass, and stainless steel, with over 10 years in the market. Due to a new branch opening, we are seeking a Branch Manager. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration Experience in sales and as branch supervisor (verifiable) Computer equipment, smartphone, and social media skills. Leadership and team management High negotiation, analysis, and research capabilities. Firm, dynamic, and proactive character. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsible for effectively leading, organizing, and managing a sales team with safety, leadership, and honesty, providing effective coaching to staff. Set individual goals and objectives for the team along with development strategies. Train and develop the work team. Achieve assigned branch sales targets.
