Beef processing company located on Carretera San Juan de los Lagos / Encarnación de Diaz is seeking personnel for the position of **Supervisor in Industrial Maintenance** **Requirements:** * Technical or Engineering degree: Industrial, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or related field. * At least 3 years of experience in maintenance. **Knowledge:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electronics, and Electrical Control. * Equipment installation and validation. * Management of spare parts replacement. * Use of basic tools: multimeter, pressure gauges, etc. **Responsibilities:** * Detect anomalies and diagnose equipment failures. * Ensure service reliability. * Handle basic circuits, identifying their fundamentals and operating principles. * Carry out equipment installation following manufacturer-recommended procedures. * Prepare maintenance and repair service reports. * Shutdowns and startups. * Personnel management.
