




**Main Function:** Plan, coordinate and supervise the development of industrial automation projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, scope and quality through effective coordination of internal areas and management with clients and suppliers. **Main Activities:** * Plan, coordinate and monitor project stages from initiation to closure. * Manage resources, timelines and costs according to established objectives. * Coordinate the internal work team (mechanical, electrical, programming, design, etc.). * Maintain continuous communication with clients to report progress and address requirements. * Supervise technical documentation, contracts, deliverables and progress reports. * Identify and mitigate risks during project execution. * Coordinate interaction with external suppliers and contractors. * Participate in follow-up meetings, presentations and project closures. * Other activities related to the administration and control of industrial projects. **Type of contract:** Initial probationary period (3 months) with possibility of permanent position. **Education level:** Completed university technical degree or bachelor's degree. **Field of study or specialty:** Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field. **Minimum requirements:** * Organization, effective communication and teamwork. * Previous experience in administrative, technical or commercial areas. * Knowledge of sales processes, customer follow-up and billing. * Leadership skills, decision-making ability and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Tools:** MS Project, Trello, Jira, advanced Excel. **Software:** Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks or other programs for interpreting drawings is desirable. **Language:** Intermediate-to-advanced English. **Sex:** Indistinct Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
