




We are seeking a **"PROCESS ENGINEER AND/OR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT"** to work on-site from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:36pm, who meets the following qualifications: **PROFILE:** * ***Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Metallurgy or Materials Engineering.*** * ***Preferably more than 5 years of experience in metalworking, especially in process engineering within heavy manufacturing (casting, concrete/high density, machining or similar).*** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Design, document, and control processes 2\. Map value stream (VSM), define critical parameters (CTQs), and establish work standards (SOP/EWI) and parameter sheets. 3\. Implement **poka\-yokes**, visual management, and in-process verification for critical characteristics. 4\. Apply A3, 8D, 5\-Whys, Ishikawa, and DOE to eliminate root causes of scrap and rework. 5\. Build real-time KPI dashboards (OEE, FTQ, scrap by cause, Cp/Cpk) and conduct loss analysis. 6\. Deploy SPC (X\-bar/R, I\-MR, p/np) with reaction plans and alerts. 7\. Prepare evidence for internal/external audits (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / EN 81\-20, as per customer requirements) 8\. Ensure timely closure of CAPAs, document lessons learned, and standardize improvements. 9\. Train supervisors and technicians on process standards, 5S, SMED, SPC, and problem-solving. 10\. Facilitate Kaizen events and mentor Green Belts in DMAIC projects. 11\.
