Responsible for the management, preventive and corrective maintenance of all machinery used in Ranch operations. **JOB PROFILE:** * Technical knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, and electronics applied to agricultural machinery, tractors, and welding equipment. * Ability to quickly and accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Organization, planning, and attention to detail. **SKILLS** Communication skills to coordinate with various departments across the ranch. * Familiarity with maintenance management systems (Microsoft Office preferred). Technical training in mechanics, electromechanics, or agricultural machinery. 3–5 years of experience in machinery maintenance, preferably in similar environments (ranches, agricultural companies, etc.). * Knowledge of specialized machinery brands such as Bobcat, John Deere, Jacobsen, etc. Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
