**Main responsibilities:** * Maintain constant communication with operators, traffic supervisors, quality control, and authorities when necessary, providing attention and response to requests and unforeseen incidents during transit. * Responsible for channeling information across different departments to ensure operational efficiency. * Generate tracking reports, including unit arrivals, departures, and event logs during the shift. * Monitor vehicles in real time using GPS platforms (satellite tracking). * Verify compliance with authorized routes, estimated times, approved stops, speed limits; detect and report deviations, prolonged stops, unauthorized activities, or any irregularities. * Activate security protocols in case of risk or emergency situations (accidents, theft, route deviation, cargo-related incidents). * Responsible for monitoring vehicle routes and performance, ensuring delivery efficiency and punctuality. **Qualifications:** * Proactive with the ability to work under pressure. * This is an on-site position requiring availability for flexible hours, including weekends. * Night shift: 10:00 pm to 07:00 am. * Ability to analyze data and make decisions. * Prior experience as a monitor is desirable.
