




Activities: * Conducting inspections, releases and audits of products and processes. * Performing measurements and/or tests to ensure the quality of received and processed products. * Control of non-conforming products, report generation and follow-up. * Data entry into area platforms. * Handling and follow-up of customer claims and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. * Participation in internal/external and customer audits, as well as conducting product and process audits. * Development of personnel under their charge in the Quality Assurance area (workload control, scheduling work shifts, time analysis, etc.). * Monitoring QA department indicators. * Defining required purchasing materials within the QA department. Requirements: * High school diploma completed. * Proven experience in quality areas and managing work teams (leadership role). * Availability to work rotating 4x3 shifts.
